1. Getting Started: How Do I Join the Cashback Program?

To start earning cashback rewards:

  • Visit our Sign-Up page and enter your name, email, and a secure password.
  • Make sure your email matches the one you use with prop firm purchases.
  • Track your cashback, view history, and request payouts once you're verified.
2. What Purchases Are Eligible?

You’ll only earn cashback when we receive a commission on your purchase.

✅ Eligible Purchases:

  • Purchases made using our affiliate links or discount code "LAB"
  • Participating firms listed on our site (we update this often)

🚫 Not Eligible:

  • Orders placed without clicking our affiliate link.
  • Purchases using non-partner codes.
  • Refunds, canceled orders, or purchases outside our 14-day claim window
3. How Do I Submit a Cashback Claim?

To claim cashback:

Visit the Cashback Claim page

Complete the form with:

  • Your name and email (same as used with the prop firm)
  • The order number
  • Purchase amount
  • Screenshot or email confirmation as proof

Submit within 14 days of your purchase to be eligible
4. How Long Does Approval Take?

Once you submit your claim:

  • Review Time: We review all claims within 24–48 hours
  • If Approved: Cashback is added to your dashboard balance
  • If Denied: You’ll receive an email explaining why and how to fix it

Statuses include:

  • ✅ Approved: Cashback added
  • ⚠️ Info Needed: We need more details to verify your purchase
  • ❌ Denied: Not eligible
5. How Much Cashback Do I Earn?

We give back up to 8% of of the account purchase price.
